I'm not sure who took this photo of Latin Jazz pianist Eddie Palmieri and his band with the Wisconsin Union Directorate's Performing Arts Committee, but isn't it great? This was taken in the backstage of the Union Theater in 2010 (November 5, to be exact)! Does the man in the hat with the tinted glasses look familiar to you? I'll give you one hint: Grammy award winning jazz trumpeter. OK, I'll give you two: he's performing at Music Hall on May 1st with the UW Jazz Orchestra & UW Honors Jazz Band.
