I just read the latest chapter of TBR, and you guys are just killing me in the best possible way! It's amazing and I'm just really enjoying your story. Thank you for keeping Finn (and Finchel) alive! I always have a mini heart attack whenever you update and I'm never disappointed. Can't wait for the next update. You're a really talented writer <3

Thanks! It means so much that people anticipate our updates with such enthusiasm. As we’ve said, my co-author and I both wish we could get these chapters rolled out a bit faster, but we have life obligations to deal with and also want to produce the best story possible, so it’s been taking us a while lately. Hopefully that’ll change soon, though I for one can’t make any promises. :-/

I loved the chapter of the brass ring you just updated!!! I can only imagine what's gonna happen when Finn finds out that Rachel knows. And what happens with Rachel and her date. This chapter had my attention the whole time, although I hate Finns girl. So so excited for the next chapter and to see how Finn and Rachel interact now. Thank you again for writing this story:)

You and wul2n are responsible for this anxiety I feel every time I see a new TBR uptade, for the little sadness I feel when I'm reading it and for the weird angst I feel for a while after finishing it. Yeah, I'm blaming you, you wonderful writers. Right now I'm still mad at Finn and Rachel so I'm gonna shut up. Have a nice day!

As writers we obviously pride ourselves on being able to elicit emotions from the readers, so it sounds like we’re doing our job with the anxiety and sadness and angst. And remember that Finn and Rachel are just kids, and we’re exploring their respective paths of self-discovery, which may include a few missteps and wrong-turns en route to adulthood. We've said before that it's supposed to be a more ~realistic view of that, so there will be "a whole lot of middle" between the beginning and end.

However, please don’t forget that it’s just a story. I hate the idea of someone getting overly worked up about it, to the point that it interferes with life or anything.
