Had a wonderful life-changing experience with 49 future women engineer Indonesia last november. Blessed! WomEng! I got a bunch of new insights and friends here, met some great leaders, we had some discussions then different perspectives came up from our minds, we learned how to balance and adapt in the new circles, understand first, and then to be understood. These exposures mean a lot to me. With WomEng Unilever, now I know that women engineer should not be afraid about their future career. Women are strong, we do have a skill and ability like a man, perhaps it is not that significantly different right✌. [Women in Engineering Unilever Leadership Fellowship] One of the most valuable event I've ever been. Through this event, I reassure myself that I'm on my track to be an engineer, especially woman engineer. By meeting stunning women leader such as Ibu Ampy, Ibu Laksmi and Hema, I learned that people follow you is not because who we are or what our gender is. People will truly follow us simply because they believe our vision will bring betterment for them. It is not about our background which make them go along with us. It's all about how we put ourself to firstly listen and understand what they need. Through Ibu Ampy I also learned that sometimes we don't need to choose between family and career. When we want it, then we will do it. Here I see that "can-do" attitude does really matter to always help us pursuing our life goals. Lastly, I was totally amazed meeting 47 young energetic future women engineers. The more I meet new people, the more I know that I still know nothing. They open my eyes thay I need to learn and explore more and more and more...
