14th of February, 1922, Afternoon.
My beloved Emmeline crocheted me a blanket a foot taller than myself, a night mask for my eyes, and a scarf!!! She knows how to make someone feel special I admit and I adore that!
I'm relieved she loved the chili pepper plants and the new fishing rod I bought her. Loved it so much that she went to fish and came back with a couple trout and made us a fish stew with pan fried vegetables and herbs for dinner! (It was delicious)
I mustn't keep this too long, though. I don't want to keep her waiting!

Ludwig got me gifts for this strange human holiday. Valentines Day it's called? Well, I am thankful for the gifts; especially the fishing rod.
I accidentally broke my old one like an idiot.
He got me those Black Scorpion Chili Pepper plants I've been trying to find. He's rather resourceful.
Apparently, he's got another surprise for me, so I'll end it here.
