whatever major you choose though has generals that need to be satisfied. so i think when people tell you to do basics first, i think they are implying that you should got to a place like URock so its cheaper.

Yeah definately URock, but I honestly just don't wanna go through highschool again with the algebra and learning about the civil war for the 11th time. I just want to start learning about how to code and develop games and start work toward my degree rather than 'basics'. You'd think that 12 years of the same boring bullshit would be considered enough "basics" for college :c
