Gridwork by Lis Bailly Celebrating World Cyanotype Day 2016. Cyanotype is one of the earliest, truly cutting edge photographic processes discovered by Sir John Herscehl in 1842. Objects are arranged on top of sheet of watercolour paper that has been coated with a light sensitive emulsion. Once these compositions are exposed in sunlight and fixed with water, these striking images emerge reversed in a compelling Prussian Blue. aka blueprint
