God help me. This so dumb. But I wanted it to stop guilt tripping me every time I would open my files.
Yes, it’s a Mag7/WWE!au
I WISH I could say I’m sorry, but I’m not.
Enjoy!
It was dark and quiet; nothing but excited whispers.
The arena was suddenly illuminated my red lights and seven sets of fireworks as heavy rock blasted through the speakers.
“Good evening, ladies and gentlemen and welcome to Rose Creek Wrestling's TLC Pay-Per-View! I'm Teddy Q and with me as always is Matthew Cullen,” Teddy spoke into his headset.
“Everyone, if you're just tuning in, you're just in time for the main event!”
Teddy turned towards his co-commentator, “And what a main event it is, Matt! A Triple-Threat Tag-Team-Ladder match!”
Matthew nodded. “I've been waiting for this since Mr. Chisholm announced it!”
A bell rang out.
Emma Cullen stepped in the ring. “Ladies and gentlemen, the following match is a no disqualification, Triple-Threat Tag-Team Ladder match for the Tag-Team championships! The first team to retrieve the belts will be the winners and your new Tag-Team Champions!”
The lights faded in to a spotlight, shining directly on the belts being ascended high up. At least five ladders surrounded the ring.
The lights suddenly went out, the arena blackened. The screech of an electric guitar, followed by a Comanche battle cry blared through the speakers. Plumes of smoke billowed up from the front of the stage while three short bursts from red fireworks quickly illuminated the stadium. The music's beat went faster and heavier on the drums as the spotlight landed on two men at the top of the ramp.
The two shared a brief look. They raised their arms and bumped each others fists before they began the walk to the ring.
“Introducing first,” Emma said into the microphone, “They are the team of Red Harvest and Jack Horne!”
There was a reasonably loud pop from the crowd.
“Huh,” Teddy started, “It's still rather strange to see them together.”
“ I think it’s phenomenal! Red Harvest and Jack Horne, these two used to hate and demolish each other for as long as I can remember! But the moment when Horne was jumped, The Warrior, Red Harvest, his rival, came to his aid!”
“Can you blame him?! Jack Horne is a legend! Whether you’re a fan or not, there was no reason in the world to pull the despicable stunt they pulled. Those two bastards came at him from behind and tried to end this man’s career!”
“Well, it's a good thing they're on the same page now, they are certainly a force to reckon with and the chemistry between the two is just electrifying!” Matthew said while the men got into the ring.
“And they would be undefeated in this competition and it would've been just them and Vasquez and Faraday if it weren't for that damned, dirty cheap shot on Horne by-” Teddy was cut off by a muffled static voice coming from the speakers:
“If God didn't want them sheared, he wouldn't have made them sheep.”
Teddy sighed disdainfully, “By these two.”
A heavy drum beat with random twangs of a guitar rang out and two more men appeared from the back. One gave an overconfident cheer and smacked the steel floor while his partner stood silently and raised a fist into the air.
“Aaaand the challengers! They are two-thirds of the Robber Barons... McCann and Denaliiiii!”
The audience nearly collectively shouted out jeers and insults at the two men now climbing in the ring.
“Can you feel that tension, Matt?”“ Teddy laughed.
"By the looks of it” Mathew began, “I don’t even think those two care about the champion ships with the way their eyes have not left McCann and Denali since the came out.”
Teddy chuckled, “You’re right. If looks could kill, I think Red Harvest would be arrested for murder.”
Suddenly the sounds of rapid gunfire and slot machines followed by heavy guitar riffs echoed through the arena and the pop from the crowd was huge as everyone jumped up and cheered as two other men ran out onto the stage. They grinned at each other and lifted their arms, crossing them over one another and fireworks shot up and all along the stage as they ran towards the ring.
“Aaaand making their way to the ring, they are the current tag-team champions, they are the team of The World's Greatest Lover and The Outlaw, Faraday and Vasquez!!” Emma announced as they slid in the ring.
The group of men eyed each other warily before turning their attention to the two belts that hung above them.
“They’ve got their eyes on the prize,” Matthew sad.
Teddy nodded, “And they better keep them there...”
The referee started to signal for the bell.
“Wait, wait, wait! Hold up! Hold up just a damn minute!!” a voice rang out.
The six contestants turned towards the stage, all sharing a look of confusion.
A man in a black suit walked out.
The crowd cheered and applauding; a few fans by the ramps even bowed.
“It's the chairman! Sam Chisholm!” Teddy shouted.
“The chairman is here!” Matthew said in shock, “What on Earth could he want?!”
“Gentlemen, I'm sorry that I'm a bit late to inform you that this match is cancelled.”
The crowd booed.
The men in the ring all shared looked and started to yell.
“What's he talking about?” Teddy asked.
The chairman grinned, “This match... is now officially a FATAL-4 WAY TAG TEAM LADDER MATCH!!!”
McCann, Vasquez and Faraday all began to shout at the chairman, actually beginning to exit the ring.
The three men froze halfway through the ropes.
The lights dimmed to a shimmering gold. Fog rose as the sound of violins and chimes filled the stadium.
All three’s eyes widened in panic and shock as they look up at the titantron.
“It... It can't be!” Matthew exclaimed.
“There's no way it- It is!” Teddy shouted as two men in red emerged up from the trap door on the ramp with a circular and slow rotating pedestal as the fog poured out from behind them.
A man in a long and sparkling red robe stood tall, with his arms outstretched in the air, his eyes sparkling. His partner was crouched down in front of him, smirking deviously as he eyed the camera.
The crowd's screams overpowered the theme and fans jumped up from their seats in pure excitement.
“It's Goodnight Robicheaux and Billy Rocks!!” Matthew exclaimed. “Twenty-three time team champions!! They're back!!”
The music picked up and the two grinned at each other before they sped off down the ramp and slid into the ring. The other fighters backed up, still in shock.
Once the two had their robe and jacket off, they signaled the ref.
“This just changed everything,” Teddy beamed as the bell rang and the men all charged at each other.
