Today at work the same person who has triggered my full blown panic attacks about my alcoholism with constant talk about alcohol and drinking; nearly sent me on a spiral about my self image. I’m tired of the casual and constant talk about fat bodies and the idea that they aren’t allowed to/supposed to do things. Aren’t allowed to/supposed to go to the beach or wear swimsuits. Aren’t supposed to feel sexy or desirable in a way that isn’t fetishized. I support every human’s right to body autonomy and the ability to do what you want with your own body for your own reasons, but when you talk about having to be less fat to wear a swimsuit you’re perpetuating the idea that fat people aren’t supposed to exist except in shapeless sacks and shouldn’t show any fat parts of their body. That they should be sticking to having “such a pretty face” and “a really good personality” while leaving bikinis and crop tops and short shorts to thin people. While it’s not Tuesday, I still put on the #NakedTuesdayDanceParty playlist and I am laying around naked trying to remind myself that I am a whole, wonderful, worthwhile human who is deserving of self love and that banana bikini. I’m not saying I don’t want you to talk about your body or how it feels to be in it or what you want to change, but I would ask that before you make remarks about how you can’t/shouldn’t/wouldn’t wear X, Y, or Z without losing a certain number of pounds please just think about how your words may feel to someone else. (Sorry to those who follow me on here and #WWSG as this will most likely be cross posted.) (at Bon Air, Pennsylvania)

Work from home look (when it’s not freezing cold): sports bra, #PennywiseTheDancingClown T-shirt, comfy floral skirt. Messy dirty hair in pigtails. No socks. No shoes. No worries. #springsprangsprung #workfromhomechic #wwsg #werewolfstyleguide (at Bon Air, Pennsylvania)
Another thing I bought. #SWEATERCAPE The colors and the lack of an appropriated pattern made this a win even if I can’t really wear it for a while. #wwsg #werewolfstyleguide (at Bon Air, Pennsylvania)
Something I did buy? These velour leopard print stretch pants because I felt like it was important that they have a good home with a big ass and a weird cameltoe. Hahaha. I couldn’t resist. The shirt was a little smudge too tight and I couldn’t justify it. #werewolfstyleguide #wwsg #powerclashing #powercameltoe #velourcameltoeseverywhere (at Salvation Army)
The weather outside is delightful. #wwsg #werewolfstyleguide #powerclashing #businessassholestyle (at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania)
To combat the mounting toxic hyper aggressive nonsense of yesterday and the bad feelings all around, here is today’s color explosion. Here’s to using #RainbowPower to smother some bull shit. #wwsg #werewolfstyleguide #businessassholestyle (at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania)
