Robb froze as the dragon lowered its giant head, but the beast did not bare fangs or seem apt to eat him, so after a moment--a moment where he was still very much alive and unburnt--Robb let out a sigh of relief he hadn’t know he was holding back. “You’re going to have to let me touch you,” he said, holding up the few medical supplies he had left to indicate his purpose. “I don’t know where you came from, and I don’t know how long it’ll be before we find help, but you won’t be getting anywhere with your wing looking like that.” He shifted the things in his arms, trying to remember how his wife has best tended to a cut arm--but those had been men’s arms she was healing, and Robb would have been out of his league even then; the scaled covered wing of a dragon was an entirely different job altogether.
