light: if you could only wear one outfit for the rest of your life... what would it be?

"you're killing me." she's not stalling for time, she swears. the potion probably knows as much, because she's allowed to continue with her "what, am i supposed to be like one of those animated characters with only one outfit?" it's the most unfair question she's been asked, and jihyun's been through the sma pre-enrolment assessment, where they just about ripped her to shreds.
but she’s serious about this. jihyun gets off of the couch, oreomug forgotten on the coffee table. flings her closet open, silk scarves hanging from hooks on the door fluttering as a welcome. her hand hesitates between the pink and blue sections but eventually, she settles on the former and pulls all of the hangers out onto her bed. it’s a veritable mountain, but she seems to already have something in mind, as she sorts them all into piles. they don’t seem to quite make sense, but she must have a sort of system in mind, because she scans each article of clothing carefully before placing them into their pile. no one but her is privy to the inner workings of han jihyun’s mind.
by the time she’s finished sorting through her clothes, there’s a good chance the potion’s lost its effect. still, jihyun surfaces from the mountains of fuschia fabric with a soft pink dress. “it’s much better to be over, than underdressed. sure i might get a weird look or two in a 8am, but it’s better than wearing pajamas to parliament.”
the soft pink cardigan she pairs it with is not for the sake of warmth, no. han jihyun is a walking hotpack. running warm doesn’t quite cover it--- she’s hot! her fashion rarely, if ever, takes into account her comfort. it’s just, well, if this has to be the outfit she’ll wear for the remainder of her 130 or so years, she’s not sure she quite wants her shoulders out when she’s prime minister of seohae.
that doesn’t stop her from pinching a pair of fuzzy pink earrings she’d bought for bitna as a gag gift from the other’s room. she’s just the future prime minister. she doesn’t have to be boring.
