Back with a couple questions! :D
1: Do Lizzie or Scott feel any kind of identity loss with the inability to redye their hair? As someone with brightly colored hair I don't feel right without it :P
2: Do any of the subjects use their powers to purposefully scare the researchers? Like Lizzie casting shadows, Cleo conjuring the zombies, etc?
3: Which subjects generally hide under the beds?
4: Do the subjects ever refuse the food given to them and who? Do the scientists ever put stuff in it to sedate the more aggressive ones for more rigorous testing?
5: Who is taking care of their pets like Jellie and Meri after the subjects got taken?
6: Related note, you said most of the subjects didn't have anyone looking for them and were on their own, did they just not have family or friends to check up on them or even be there?

Hello, duck anon! Thank you for another round of questions!!
1.) Yes, both absolutely feel like a part of them is missing. It’s much worse for Lizzie though since more of her has physically changed compared to Scott. At least he’s still got a bright color for his hair. (And as someone who also had bright colors in her hair, I honestly can’t see myself without pink in my hair anymore lol).
2.) I think earlier on they would have, and it would have been some of the more aggressive subjects like Joel and Cleo. But, as we know, the scientists will punish those they’re closest to to make them stay in line, so it doesn’t happen much anymore.
3.) Hmmm.. Tango, Lizzie, Ren, and Martyn.
4.) I think early on quite a few of them refused food just as an act of defiance, but then the scientists stopped bringing food around altogether, and the subjects who were resisting (probably Joel, Pearl, Cleo, and a few more aggressive ones) caved. The only ones who will still refuse food are Imoulse and Grian, and it’s due to grief.
5.) As of right now, the only canon lets are Tilly and Jellie. Jellie is being taken care of by Cub, and Tilly is being taken care of by Sausage.
6.) This is something that I’m finding myself slowly changing as I write. I want to write a more detailed list of people’s relationships outside of the facility, but I’m not sure when I’ll get around to it. I had originally said that so I wasn’t writing twenty more characters, but I’m learning that I can reference little relationships or name drop a character and not have them as an integral part of the story. So there are other characters, like Sausage for example, that won’t play a big part of the story but are still canon.
