Becky’s lashes fluttered opened and she looked up to see Chuck’s gaze set upon her curled up figure. Normally one would find this creepy or absolutely unsettling, but she found it adorable and endearing.

Becky had tried her hardest to stop checking her wrist, always being a dreamer with unfulfilled dreams. It had been a hard task, but she had quit cold turkey--except today.

Then her gaze locked with a man's, and she knew he was the one. Pressing her lips together, she licked them nervously and smiled at him.

     "H-hi... I'm Becky Rosen...             And I've been waiting to meet you my entire life."

She held up her wrist as she said these words, showing him the zeros that probably mirrored his own.
