I know you might be feeling tired or frustrated right now, but I want to say that your work is truly amazing. I really like your style and the way you express ideas in your comics. You have a unique vision and it brings something new to the fandom.

Remember why you started drawing this. What inspired you in the Undertale AU? Sometimes, when you go back to your roots, you get new motivation.

If you feel burned out, that's okay. Maybe you should take a short break to rest? Creativity is not a race, and you can always come back to it with fresh energy.

You know, I would like more people to see your work. Maybe you should show it to the community? I'm sure your comic would resonate with many.

If you ever need help - like story ideas or even just support, I'm ready to help. You're really doing something special, and I hope you can see it. Don't give up, you are incredibly talented and you will succeed."

First at all, thank you so much for your kindly words. I do feel kinda tired and frustrated right now due to personal stuff (nothing fandoms related) so yeah, it feels nice to read that from a stranger <3

However, about Undertale AUs, more specifically, about my X-Hand comic; it's nothing like you described. I didn't stop the comic because I felt frustrated, tired, burned out or something like that. I just got interested on other things and forgot about it x'D I still like Undertale, but I also like other new things and I focused more on that.

Back in the day, I just made this comic for fun and to challenge myself to do something as big as a comic. Not for fame, not to make it viral, it was just something I liked to do on my free time after work, among other things. Also, despite I liked the initial idea, honestly I kinda lost the interest on Undertale AUs some time ago (I haven't even watched Underverse in a while x'd), therefore, I kinda lost the interest on continue this comic and I'm not willing to keep doing it without that motivation cuz I know I won't enjoy the process and it won't be as good as I would like it to be.

Also, as I mentioned before, right now I mostly use my free time for my personal projects (nothing Undertale or fandoms related). Making a comic is not easy, it takes time, and I rather use that time for my own original stuff. Thank you for your offer of helping me too, but I don't really need that right now.

So yeah, in summary, I'm sorry but don't expect anything about X-Tale too soon. If you'all want to know what would have happened next on the story (like, if a lot of people ask about it) I may post the rest of ideas here on tumblr or something, we'll see. However, about continue the comic, don't wait for it, sorry x'd Maybe in the future?? Who knows, though my first answer right now is

Finally!!! After nearly a year, this project comes to life again!!! :D The context is too sad and depressing tho, but that's what we have.

Actually, if you were wondering why I didn't update for a long time, well, that's another sad story:

Everyone knows 2020 was a shitty year and everyone had a BAD time, like me. At the beggining, I tried to be positive. Despite the quarantine, the home office gave me more free time to draw, so I was hoping to work more on this kind of projects...

buuuuuuuuuut then I got covid and everything went down to hell the rest of the year >_>

Let's say both, Gaster and Sans, portray perfectly my mood through 2020.

Oh well, let's hope things get better this year for everyone. I hope I could finish this story too xD and some other things as well 7u7

Anyway, thank you so much again for your support!!! Sorry for the the long hiatus and the possible misspellings here. See you soon ^^

Okay, that was a short visit… and really worrisome too :/

If you don’t know him, Nightmare!Sans is an entity that feeds on negative emotions from different AUs. He and Cross make a deal some time ago: Nightmare will help him to travel through different AUs and in exchange Cross will help him cause bad feelings in any world he visits. If you want to know more about it, you can read “Dreamtale” comics by Jokublog or watch “Underverse” animated series by Jakei ;)

Welp, it has been many years since the last update. As I explained before, this year wasn’t good for me and I expend some time with a lack of motivation to draw… BUT I’M BACK!!! And I have all the intention to do this and other projects I have!!!!!! Muahahaha!!!!!!! :D not gonna lie, it’s gonna be tired as hell, but I know it will be worth it, See you all in december!! (or sooner, if you watch my other stuff too xD)

Ohh look… an octopus!! :D Nice to see you around here, Nightmare. It seems like this is gonna be fun…

Well, after all the delays, I finally finished xD I’m really sorry about that, I was busy with some stuff and that’s why it took me so long to update. I don’t regret at all tho. Some of that stuff consisted of spending more time with my family (too many birthday parties) and working on some projects I’m not ready to talk about right now ;3

I don’t know when the next part will come, but you can trust me when I say it will come as soon as I can. So, see ya later ^u^/

PS: I didn’t want to give you big X-Tale spoilers in case you haven’t read it, but now I think you can easily guess what happened with X!Papyrus or what they both are trying to do. To be honest, I’m trying to avoid a lot about Underverse’s story because so many things have happened since I started with this story (we were on episode 0.2 back when I started) , so you could say this is an alternative timeline after that episode. But still, I recommend you to watch the series and read Xtale to help you to understand some things about Cross :)
