This is one of these: a woman's lumbar spine X-ray, taken while wearing her jeans and creating a unique googly-eyes face. This image was unnoticed by the patient's medical examiner, until I entered the room and pointed at it straight away.

Protect public Health, anywhere you are, "as it was your eyes".
