Ok weird question, do you have any more alien pregnancy handouts for us or am I too late for the party? Never been so consumed by a concept before and Im starving for more.
Oh sure!
Make way for some bits and pieces of whump with regards to alien biology not meshing nicely with human biology :)
Here is supportive alien bf with the big oof belly
And some mother/son parallels that became more prevalent as Noct is coming to terms with being pregnant/being a parent.
And supportive bump buddies during the tough times:
Something I never shared was the X-ray progression of Noctis through the various stages as he fills out and how his condition practically deteriorates because of the ~radiation~ that the alien baby puts out. It also gave Noctis a bit of extra powers, like the ability to sense energies like alien!Ignis could or cause a psychic knockback when feeling threatened.
There was also when Noctis and Prompto had a date and while on the ferriswheel did Noctis try to admit his feelings for Prompto who was simultaneously about to have his water break the instant he asked lmfao
(Noct has a ring on because when he was almost about to fucking die, he and Ignis got married while he was on his deathbed, but thankfully he was saved and got to enjoy the rest of his pregnancy rather normally~)
Then there is of course the weird little stinker when born who is just the cutest little hybrid to exist;;
So I'll admit that I've been hesitant to share much about this au/rp because it is one of those ones that got a little (lot) darker in places that I felt anxious about sharing. Not exactly to "dead dove" levels, but I would say there's a lot of whump and quite a bit of triggering subjects that it went through.
I torment myself over whether it would be worth sharing because of the questionable elements (unwanted pregnancy, sexual assault) but that is maybe something for another day that gets fully explored/explained.
What matters in the end and what I hope stays true as a through-line in all stories I write or co-write is: the idea of recovery and hope.
Helix the Burr - Here's a sneak preview of the animation that I am currently working on. It will showcase Helix the Burr, a puzzle designed by Bill Cutler. According to him it features the most interesting disassembly sequence that he has ever created. I can easily believe that. I had to introduce a kind of X-ray view to show what is happening during disassembly
