[x8b-and-rainbow-obsidian]

Obsidian X8b was always a fav design for me. Unlike Rainbow, she doesn't change much (both in and out of universe). The most I changed is that her boots go up her upper leg now.

Beyond that, X8b is what homeworld expects her to be... And that takes a toll on her. She attempts to fit in the box so perfectly that she's shaved off bits of herself to do so.

Obsidians are supposed to be mirrors. They are supposed to enforce perfection. They are supposed to show the flaws of a gem and take care of defects.

So what happens when an Obsidian is defective?

“I-I can explain!” “X8b, who is that?”

Am sick on top of everything else so… have some Pink Obsidian finding out that X8b is harboring an off color…even if she doesn’t look like one right now.

“Rainbow- Wait. What happened to...Something’s wrong.”

Been feeling bleh. Have some stuff going on. Rainbow’s getting the brunt of it.

“What were you expecting?”

Where Rainbow let’s herself get ‘captured’ in order to tease X8b.

Day 21: Monster Gem(s)

I think I would look like this, kind of a smaller type of monster. I’m not very aggressive so I’d probably be a faster one. (Also bonus X8b as one as well!)
