As much as he would never admit it, Jackson had the greatest heart of all. Yes, he was rough around the edges,with a quick temper and an even quicker sword. He had scars on his palms and blood stained lips. The look in his eyes showed that he had died a hundred different ways inside and still came back stronger. But you see that is the look of a kind person. Kind people are not born that way, they do not stumble into it. Pain makes them that way. Kind people are forged in fire and darkness and imploding stars…they have steel cores. Kindness is often mistaken for softness and let me tell you, friends….that is a mistake you don’t want to make.
