hi i saw the tags on the raven lynn post u rbed and i thought id clarify op is nonbinary and is talking more about how limited the designs for non binary characters tend to be even in gay and trans art circles. The vaguely punky yet extremely passive skinny white AFAB nonbinary character is the overwhelming majority of nonbinary rep and even as someone who falls into most of those stereotypes it does get frustrating to watch a lot of artists (esp cis artists) fall into lazy patterns and use it as a crutch so they dont have to think too deeply about different nb experiences. Just wanted to send an explaination as a fan of ravens comics

YA i understand the point of the comic and i definitely agree that nonbinary representation in media is severely lacking & should be expanded upon! it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way to be making fun of any stereotypical appearance (especially since i see that kind of take all the time) rather than pointing it out in a less abrasive manner that wont outcast Somebody... regardless i agree with the sentiment :o) apologies for not making that more clear in my tags... i appreciate u taking the time to send me an explanation yayaya
