what are your thoughts on Rinne and Shu. not romantically (ik you hc Shu as aroace and i do too to a point! but i think it makes ot even funnier.) i think Shu should be allowed to hit Rinne with a baseball bat really hard. i think that if i locked them in a room together both would die.
THEYRE SOOOO FUNNY shu is a magnet for crazy unpredictable bitches and it cracks me up cuz thats the last kind of person hed choose to be friends with . when rinne first saw shu im positive he thought to himself "oh yeah this guy is a fucking egghead i need to study him under a microscope" and proceeded to be the most annoying constant in shus life since . cuz like that is what hes doing, hes messing with him to see what happens. hes testing how far he can push the envelope before shu whacks him with a thick book. which shu should absolutely do because it would be so so so funny. or a baseball bat like you said . rinne and shu are like when youre a kid and you find a click beetle and spend half an hour poking it and watching it do the clicky bouncy thing (or whatever weird bug with an entertaining defensive mechanism you have where youre from)
if you locked them in a room together someone would definitely die but i dunno if it would be both of them . im thinking it would just be rinne cuz he would just continue doing his weird annoying thing he always does and shu would try and stay calm as usual but then shu would lose his mind all at once and kill rinne in one fell swoop

(summary for ppl who havent read ! stories: leo told sora he was like an alien, he intended it to be a compliment but forgot that it could be misinterpreted as an insult and started worrying that he upset sora . he was looking all over for him so he could apologize but when he found him, not only was sora not mad but he had been trying to contact real aliens so he could introduce them to leo.)
it's honestly one of my favorite things that Mika just collects all his weirdos. Shu, Mayoi, Ritsu just to name a few. he just attracts strange people. queer, even (slaps knee)
YEAH he also sorta just attracts them. birds of a feather and all that . statistically thats unavoidable tho cuz the only options in es are either accept that all your friends will be weirdos or accept that you will have no friends. because everyone in es is a weirdo. hard not to attract them when theyre everywhere . AAAANYWAYS one of my favorites is his relationship with madara (shocker i know) i love how they keep running into each other and madara keeps trying to be friendly with him . cuz mika doesnt rlly feel threatened by madara but every interaction he has with him seems to leave him with more questions than answers so he just gets more and more confused every time he sees him . even after being in babarrier together he has no clue what to make of madara . its like putting two completely different animals that could never meet in the wild in the same room and they both just sit there because they have no instinctual instructions about the situation and cant tell if the other is a predator or prey or what . its so good by far the funniest reaction anyones ever had to meeting madara
Leo and Nagisa hang out but it's just Nagisa rambling about rocks and his collection and Leo responding by attempting to eat every single one and ranking them by taste
yeah it wouldnt even be an attempt tho cuz nagisa wouldnt stop him, theyd take turns . licking rocks is a real method geologists use to figure out if a specimen is actually a fossil or just a rock thats shaped like a fossil so nagisa has also licked a fair share of rocks for sure . maybe they go out and lick rocks together on weekends.
