Pansy and Penelope || Either I Walk With the Law or Oppose It
Pansy walked into the stall after ages of waiting and rolled her eyes as she stepped into the toilet in the loo. It was absolutely disgusting to her that she was required to flush herself into the Ministry. "No doubt some bloody Weasley made up this nonsense. It's just muggle enough to be attributed to them," she muttered scathingly before grabbing the handle and rolling her eyes so hard it hurt her sockets. She gave the flusher a nice tug and felt herself spinning as her fingers fell away from the handle.
She was thrown, moments later, through a fireplace in the Ministry and she stumbled just slightly, twisting her ankle a bit as she fought to regain her balance in her heels. Clearing her throat and standing straight, Pansy pushed her hair back behind her shoulders, running a hand over the back of her head and straightening her frock. Taking a breath, she strolled confidently through the Atrium, ignoring everyone she passed. She wanted to make sure it was clear that she was still not to be taken lightly; the Queen of Slytherin was making her return and she would not put up with any form of nonsense. Her eyes did dart to a few faces, her face cold and unrelenting as she refocused on the path in front of her.
A few feet away, Pansy spotted a blonde she knew to work for the Ministry. She was darting about and Pansy couldn't help the smirk that twitched onto her lips. She was almost positive she'd seen the girl before; not as smart as the house which claimed her had expected, no doubt. Strutting up to the bobbing blonde, Pansy stood tall and cleared her throat, eyes still relatively cold as she reached out and tapped the blonde on the shoulder.
"Excuse me," she said, voice level, "But I do believe that I have an appointment with the Minister of Magic. You can tell him that the answer to his prayers has arrived."
She lied; but she needed to be taken seriously, and that was the best way to go about it.
