Clint Barton was used to the life on the run. For a while he'd had to do with with Natasha by his side, and this time... well the only difference was the people. Natasha and him had been able to hide in the shadows and avoid SHIELD but with this little team of misfits, there was no where they could really hide. No shadow large enough to hide them for long. Stark had eyes and ears everywhere. Natasha knew him like she knew herself and eventually she'd find them, or she would try her damnest to make sure no one did. Either way they were living on borrowed time and Clint knew it better than the others.
Sam and Scott had bonded somewhere along the line. Finding amusement where there wasn't any, and talking about all their different adventures. Clint had caught some story of a dog sized ant and had noped out of the conversation quickly. He kept a close eye on Wanda, who wasn't dealing very well. She'd been chained up in a prison by people she had just grown to trust. Stark had killed her parents with his weapons before and then he imprisoned her, any trust she might have had for him was long gone now. She kept to herself when she wasn't out within the gardens of the palace, a place she had found peace in and Clint wasn't going to pull her from that.
Steve... well steve didn't stray far from the compound they were currently housed in. He was working closely with their host and his people to try to figure things out. To help his friend he'd given up his freedom for. Clint had followed him to the ends of the Earth for something he belived in, but seeing the man now... it was like seeing a shadow.
And Barnes? Clint only got parts of the story, mostly because he wasn't going to ask second hand, and now it was time to suck it up and go and face it head on. He wanted answers and Barnes was one of the only ones who could give it to him. Was Clint a little on edge? Hell yes. This wasn't just James Barnes, decorated military man from the fourties. This was the Winter Solider. Every SHILED agent with any sort of clearance knew the story. Knew what he was capable of. Clint knew Natasha had been involved in the situation in Washington when the man had first reappeared, but he'd never gotten to ask her about it before everything went south with Ultron.
He found the man by one of the large windows that overlooked the north side of the city. A large waterfall caused mist to shroud the lower city, while the vast Amazon covered the upper parts. It was a view you couldn't buy anywhere in the world. Peaceful, if you liked that sort of thing. Clint did, but he also liked his little farm house in Iowa.
"Don't think we actually got around to being introduced, what with Stark's ego skyrocketing and us becoming the world's most wanted." He moved to stand next to the man, giving him a smile. "Clint Barton."
