okay y’all mind if i get emotional for a minute. we started writing together.... beginning of 2018? if i remember correctly and fuck. i’ve loved every single second of it. our threads with lucifer and sam are my absolute favorites of all time. sam and lucifer in the cage? amazing. sam seeing hallucifer? so good. sam and lucifer trapped in the bizarre-o apocalypse world? yes please. not to mention that i am so excited to be your absent father now too :))))) you write him beautifully, and i love that you portray him as “og” lucifer. you put more care into his portrayal than than the actual writers did :/ you are just... an amazing writer and an amazing person and an amazing friend!!!!!!!

Emma was a good few hours behind Sam and Dean, having once again been told that she should ‘stay behind where it’s safe’ while they went off in search of the devil.  Not this time, though.  She wasn’t going to let them put themselves in danger’s way without her.

She pushed the motorcycle harder, flying over the highway as she sped into town.  Only, of course, to arrive late.  Sam and Dean were nowhere to be found.  The young Amazon checked inside, just in case, freezing in her tracks when the temperature around her began to drop.

he’s researching as he often does. dean’s out on a food run, which gives him ample opportunity to just enjoy his time alone. after all the shit they’ve had to do lately, had to save and destroy, he’s happy to be in the surrounding quiet with the scent of old books lulling him home. it was short-lived, however, the book crashing to the ground and an explosive pain in his head, immediately dropping to his knees in agony. the sound he heard was loud, like a jet sitting on his eardrums, his body shaking with the magnitude of the sudden onslaught.

Sam And Lucifer - Puppet On A String.

Sam had taken to the streets on a drunken bender; they had lost an innocent victim that they were supposed to save just hours before, and the guilt was killing the younger Winchester. After all, it was his fault right? He had screwed up, and now she was dead because of him. 

Dean was likely still asleep in the Motel that they had rented for the night. They had killed the evil son’bitch that had been plaguing the town, and so now they would be hitting the road again soon; but Sam wasn’t so sure that he could leave this one behind and just move on, not after what happened. 

Sam then continued to stagger down the street, no idea what to do now. He needed help, but from who? Where should he turn to? Dean? No, he had enough problems of his own, Cas hadn’t been around in a while; Bobby didn’t need the stress, and Jo and Ellen wouldn’t be able to help him. He was all alone.

definitely. john feels guilty every time he and sam fight, every time he’s reminded the ways he couldn’t provide for his boys. he doesn’t regret it, not if it means keeping them and other innocent people safe, but he wanted them to have the best life possible.

he feels guilty about vanishing on dean when he goes off to hunt azazel on his own but he’d feel even guiltier dragging dean into that danger.

there’s no guilt, however, in making his deal with azazel. no regrets. he could never regret saving his sons.

Groaning quietly in disgust and irritation, Gabriel pushed the now dead demon off of him, not even sparing it another glance as the body rolled down the hill rather harshly.  ❝ Fuckin’ maggots... ❞  Twisting onto his hands and knees, the Archangel pushed himself up, head swiveling as he tried to make sense of his surroundings. Swearing softly, the rebel leader made to scramble up onto his feet. He’d wandered further out west than he had wanted, but was left with little choice as the demons and Croats that had ambushed him seemed to be herding him into that direction. He couldn’t even get a major smite on without fear of drawing too much attention to himself with how close he was to the heart of enemy territory as he was, which made picking the annoying bastards off that much slower.

Thankfully he had been alone, having opted to fly out to find the one herb his witch healer didn’t have on hand without company. It should have been an easy mission, in and out and back before dinner. But since when had anything ever gone that easy for him? Brushing the dirt and blood off of his hands, Gabriel gave the area one last sweep before setting off on foot in the direction he came from.

He didn’t get very far before an uneasy feeling settled in his gut and the hairs on the back of his neck stood up, steel blue eyes hardening as he tensed. Placing a hand on his holstered gun, Gabriel kept walking normally down the path before taking a turn in the direction opposite to where he needed to go.
