She defected to Bangar’s Dominion at the start of the Charr civil war and got most of her warband corrupted or killed. Her mentor and legionnaire tried to find and save her, but he died in an airstrike. Then he something something “came back wrong”, and she something something “you can run from your sins but you can’t run from yourself”-
