Slowly. Ever so slowly.
Another day was passing by and he had found shelter in someone's garage. They had left it open just a crack, enough for him to slip underneath and seek refuge somewhere out of the sun's rays. It burned; the sun that is. Whenever it so much as grazed his skin it felt like a scalding iron being pressed against his flesh. There were the advantages to being a vampire and then there were the downfalls. Today, he was encountering one of his many flaws. Luckily, whoevers car it was had forgotten to lock their doors. Laying in the backseat, he stared up at the car's rooftop, eyelids half closed. This place was rundown and unknown to him, he figured this home was abandoned and cared little to figure out if it were true.
