I drew @xladymalice‘s OC Teal for Lady Mali’s birthday back in April and never got to post it, but here it is! I love that pretty elegant skeleton lady a lot, and she would look GORGEOUS in Lolita clothes and no one can convince me otherwise.

I failed a lot with this one... I wanted it to be ready before christmas. I failed. I wanted it to be a completly different motive.... and I failed again xD I’ll try the other motive again. But still: I think it turned out cute. This is a little... belated christmas gift for @xladymalice ^^ Cause she’s an awesome artist and person. Thanks for turning my days into good days with your posts, art and everything else :D I hope you like it... and stay awesome, the way you are^^

Here’s Teal, @xladymalice‘s OC !

I wanted to relax a bit and digitally paint something, and I saw a picture of Teal, and she may be the only OC in the whole world I’ll ever draw, because I don’t really like OCs, but just look at her, she’s perfect, she’s so beautiful, I REALLY love her design !!! So I wanted to paint a portrait for the lady (although I kinda got lazy with the frame and just quickly traced a random google image... sorry about that... orz).

I tried to draw her face in xladymalice’s style... I pray to the gods I did it justice.

xladymalice, if you ever read this message, know that you are one truly talented and inspiring artist. It’s thanks to people like you that people like me find the courage to create things. I’m still shaking in fear that my drawing might disappoint you, but now I’m also shaking with the need to know if you’ll like it. Half a year ago, that wouldn’t even have been possible. I’m very slowly but very surely making progress, so I’m happy.

Sorry if it doesn’t make any sense...
