Persuasion

"What's with this heat?" For some reason, it was awfully hot. To make it worse, there was not a single cloud in the sky to cover the sun and create some shade now and then. The tall building weren't helping much either. Not a very good day to be strolling along a city's sidewalk.

Deciding it was a better idea to explore the forest, she began to leave the city. "Man, it is hot!" It was making her kind of angry, which nulled her power and restricted her from lowering the temperature around her even if it was just a little bit. As she walked, she tried to calm herself, attempting to reach a neutral state. She decided to observe the various different styles each person had. She thought they were unique, each one suiting into that specific person.

"Nice." She was enjoying the idea of ignoring the heat. Not only was it making her cooler but it was stimulating her sense of fashion. Discretely analyzing each person had worked out better than she thought and she was rapidly reaching that sense of neutrality. By the time this was accomplished, she was already near the forest and needed not her power anymore.

A smile formed on her lips as she took a step inside the different scenario. The aroma around was delightful and the temperature around was cooler. "This feels better. A LOT better." She giggled and continued on. The deeper she was, the cooler it was. She continued on until she saw a waterfall that gracefully fell into a sparkly lake. "Wah," she admired. Walking closer, she kneeled down and touched the water.

"This is amazing."

Then she lifted her hand. In it, there was a ball of water. It rotated in the same place as she watched it. With one quick push, she manipulated the water and separated it into tiny droplets of water, each spinning around her. She smiled as she watched the drops around her. Then, she stepped into the water and walked over it to the center. She began to levitate and spun the water droplets around her. She kept this up until she felt like the speed was just right. When it was, she dispersed the water droplets and made it misty. She looked around until she found it. "Yepo!" with a smile, she looked at the rainbow that she created.

You're so productive lately bb, such a good girl /pats your head/ My only concern is others who aren't as productive /glares at Iommi and Sarah for not replying to my unfs yet and at Cheyne for not replying to Junbin unf and Triple Threat/ yeah, Chu needs her dose of unf and she's not getting it =n= okay, not camping for long, I did some good studying until 3AM, gotta continue~ I'll be back when I'm more energized bb heh

It's the way the she moves, the way she speaks, the way hot breath feels against his ear when he can't take it anymore and she doesn't have the willpower to resist. 

It's familiar. It's being lost and confused and incredibly broken but okay because It's her. It's home. 

It's forgetting about the rest. It's letting go of the past but holding on tight to what matters. It's the way the light falls around them, lighting up all the right expressions and words of comfort and a hand wrapping another in the dark of their sleeves. 

He thinks maybe it's his job to stay like this, by her side. To protect her from the truth. 

It's kind of funny. She's his everything, so why does it seem like she's the one who's got it all figured out?

(/ on his last night in Inju, for a vacation? no, simply for work {like usual}, as getting good books in Heukyang city was an absolute nightmare, he found himself walking outside of the city's borders and through a densely shrouded forest with the tops of its trees so high that moon pale veils of light hardly touched forest floor; but still, the careless man continued on his way, hoping that it would curb his ever present insomnia {this disability, as he called it, would truly end up being the bane of his existence} ) — (/ with headphones stuffed into his ears playing a song he knew all too well {beethoven's moonlight sonata}; the man continues through his way through the forest, still unaware that he has gotten completely and utterly lost {and probably wouldn't have any idea of how to find his path back to Inju unless somebody helps him} ) — (/ before long, hyunseung realizes far he was from Inju; he tries to turn around, but in the process, he trips over a stray root {which sends him tumbling to the ground} ) shit (/ the man hisses out in pain as he lands ass first; his head bumps into the nearby tree, which he, of course, didn't see {typical clumsy jang} ) — (/ there the man lies, back now propped against the dark tree, using the minimal amount of light from the sky {and his phone} to try and find where he had landed up, praying that someone would rescue him )

(/goes to the movie theater, wondering what film he should see/) (/sees a girl with two movie tickets, looking down at them with hopelessness and despair/) (/figures why not catch a free movie?/) Hello I see that you have two movie tickets with you. May I join you for the film you chose? (/gentle smile/)

(/sighs after reading the text sent from her friend which tells Yoonjo that she couldn’t go out with her due to some personal reason) okay, just do your thing (/sends back to her a text, looks at the movie posters and then back to her tickets) so I’ll have to watch it alone? Alright… not a big problem (/tries to comfort herself. Not so long after Yoonjo makes her decision, she hears somebody call her so she just naturally look up. A male. It takes her a moment to be sure that she hasn’t met him before) Ah, (/is quite wavering at first but still gave him an answer) hm, okay. I won’t mind. (/replied him with also a smile)
