Eye. Pro.
Ran some errands this morning and while I was at it I went for a walk with the new Fujifilm X-M5 with the 27mm bolted on.
Welcome to the only photo I took before some people looked at me funny and I cowardly ran away back to the car 😂
📷: Fujifilm X-M5 & XF 27mm. Reala Ace film sim with some minor Lr Mobile tweaks.

NGSW: The US Army's First Suppressed Service Rifle & Some History
The US Army recently selected SIG Sauer's submission to the US Army's Next Generation Squad Weapons program. One interesting aspect of the programs is that the new rifle, the XM5, will be the US Army's first suppressed service rifle. However, this isn't the first time the US Army has examined suppressors. In this video we look at the US Army's first exploration of suppressors a century ago and examine what we know about the SIG Sauer-designed NGSW suppressors.
Check out the full article here.
It has announced that SIG Sauer's submission has been selected as the US Army's Next Generation Squad Weapon. SIG will provide the 6.8mm NGSW-rifle and NGSW-Automatic Rifle.
Whelp, they finally did it - they actually replaced the M4 and 5.56 after entirely too many attempts.
To no one’s surprise the winning design is still heavily inspired by the AR-15, because of course they weren’t going to change TOO much. GD-OTS’ RM227 bullpup design will presumably now show up in a Forgotten Weapons video in a few years.
