I tried to numb my nerveless face By burying it in the snow. It was in that moment that I never wanted to breathe fresh air again. The only sound was the muffled voice of the anorexic martyr. Lethal malnutrition has brought me a warm hand on my shoulder Since I was young. The universe was dead Frozen Sonically barren And the silence was broken with the smash of a bottle. Laughter has never been so genuine and innocent. Half a paopu fruit Stares at an extraterrestrial And they're eyes meet When the telepathic message floating through space exclaims We are omnipresent. The night we fished in the dark There was an aggregation of rocks Rolling right towards us Like a storm Chasing away the blues. My eye never stayed black And that's when I realized that All wounds can heal even if you want to see through blue and purple and Black forever. I fear the rusting muffler. That any day it will deteriorate and fall onto Allen street. Our blood orange souls will stain The pavement And no matter how much rubber rolls On our remains They will know where we bled.
