It’s getting warmer as drunks pack in closer to the fire, the falling temperatures outside sparking a mass migration to the heart of the tavern. Gerard unbuttons the top of his shirt, the strands of hair loose around his face starting to stick to his forehead and cheeks.
Frank, as pleasantly buzzed as he is, can’t tear his eyes away.
