Effy woke up in a familiar room, "how the fuck did I end up back in Bristol?" She looked around noticing things were missing, replaced with similar, but notably different objects. Where she use to keep a picture of Scott and Melissa there was a picture of her and boy who looked like he could be related to her. Her stack of letters from her brother was missing as well. She looked up when she heard the door open and almost screamed. "Who are you and why do you have my face?"

✚ for a HEALTH headcanon-Though he won’t share it with anyone, he sometimes thinks he might need glasses. The vision in his right eye occasionally doesn’t seem right. Carl doesn’t know much about it, but he thinks he might have short-sightedness. He’ll never share it with anyone but he definitely entertains the idea that he has some sort of eye problem.ϡ for a MENTAL STATE headcanon-After the run in with Joe’s gang, Carl has begun to doubt his emotional strength. He never once considered that his mental state might be deteriorating but he’s suffered in silence. There are just some things he can’t share with anyone.♕ for a CHILDHOOD headcanon-When Carl was a young child, Rick used to pick him up from school in the afternoons. It wasn’t much but because of the rare time they spent together- on account of Rick’s loyalty to his job- Carl appreciated the few hours each week that they got with one another. His mother once asked his father if he cared about them at all but when he got to ride in the squad car with his dad, he didn’t even question it.
