@xorkii Alabaster yawned and gently pet the cat in his arms, pulling the thin blanket tighter around his shoulders. He was exhausted and had minor scrapes and bruises scattered along his battered body from a monster attack earlier that day. Faint runes glowed on his pants and he traced a new one to strengthen the Mist to conceal his scent. The cat, Pirate, meowed and batted at his chin. "Not now, kitty," he mumbled, leaning against the building of which he was taking a break in the doorway of. "I'm too tired to play." Apparently, Pirate wasn't too happy with that, so he jumped off the boy's lap and down the street. The son of Hecate jumped up and started running after the feline. "Pirate! Come back here!"
