Safe Mode Booting Failed, Online Tech Support Came to My Rescue
Since a few days, I had issues with my windows 7 based system as it failed to boot into normal Windows mode. Quite so often it was getting error stricken but troubleshooting couldn’t have been implemented when booted through normal mode. So, I opted to boot in through Windows safe mode. But then, the situation became more miserable when my Windows failed to boot to Safe Mode.
Subsequently, this failing to boot in Safe Mode aggravated my misery when I luckily happened to stumble upon a solution. I opted an online tech support service and the service provider through remote access helped me retrieve through “Startup Repair” tools. This tool was accessed from the “Advanced” options present in Windows 7 Safe Mode menu. He directed assisted me to find out the Windows installation disc and employed the Repair option.
I also discovered later those issues like boot loader errors that say, "bootmgr is missing", can be resolved using command prompt from an installation CD along with the usage of the bootrec /fixboot command. My system issues got easily resolved through online tech support and my PC effectively took start in safe mode or in normal mode and performed error free.
