Let me tell you about #Mafia Au
For real though I realize that most of the threads I have going with @xquus for our mafia au is them having sex, but I have a really huge set universe for this and I keep slowly adding how more of the characters would be involved and like...
So for anyone who doesn’t know, I’ve got this mafia based au that I was inspired to create because of this fanart:

But the basis is that Erwin is a huge power in the underground and he has a lot of side groups that he manages different jobs and things though. Of course he has his own personal team, Levi and Hanji. And then he has other “teams” or groups that basically run themselves as their own entities, but he majorly employs them and has even helped set up most of them.
I’m currently writing a thread with @xquus about how their little group got started. But basically their group is Bertholdt, Reiner, Marco and Jean, and they are a sort of “special unit” of sorts. They’re fairly high class, and they tend to to jobs that tend to need to be kept secret. So not so many people know they exist simply because their job is to make it look like somebody else did it.
Bertholdt is the head of the group, generally the one who accept jobs and does a lot of the professional talk, but while that is sort of his main job, he also uses his height and intimidating nature to get information, and on occasion, he’s specialized in torture and hidden weapons (small guns, knives, poisons)
(Note: Dark Bertholdt is much more talkative than canon Bert, see “the beginning” thread for background info on Bert’s past)
Reiner is sort of his personal bodyguard, while also being Bertholdt’s childhood friend and his first lover of the 4, he accompanies Bertholdt on his meetings for the visual intimidation factor. But he’s also there to make sure Bertholdt doesn’t take things too far from time to time (as Bert is for him) but on more physical missions he tends to be the one that breaks doors down, handles large groups of people, and generally is really destructive.
(Note: Reiner’s double personality applies to 1- at home life, were he generally takes care of the others and is sort of a den mother and 2- in the field where he kinda loses sense of pain and is hyper focused on the mission at hand)
Marco is the informant of the group, although all information that comes and goes from their group goes through Bertholdt, Marco is the main source of gaining additional information directly for their own group. He specializes in distance weapons like throwing knives and rifles (ironically, having better sights with sniper rifles after the accident) and he also joins Bertholdt in torture interrogations when needed.

Jean is the “ninja”, he is a secondary muscle man for the group, and although he is not as strong as Reiner, he is much faster and he uses that to his advantage. He specializes in close and mid range combat, good with knives and handguns. And because he is so lean and much smaller than Reiner, as a field agent he is better at getting through tight spaces, being particularly flexible (much to the enjoyment of the other 3 in bed)
(Note: @xquus is My jean, and he’s the closest to mentally stable out of all of them, and while Reiner tries to help, Jean tends to be the one who notices habit abnormalities and tends to be the first to speak up about it. He is often used as a human body pillow)
All four of them both live and work out of the same location.This location is in a large apartment building that is owned by one of Erwin’s companies, probably one of the safest buildings in the region. They have a very special bond of trust, that also sort of translated into a peculiar polyamorous relationship, to which Jean and Reiner tend to be the most common, but very willing victims of. (Note here: There’s a lot of sex headcanons for this au, but I can touch on those more if people want to hear them later)
There’s a real basic thing for the immediate mafia! Au I have going on.
