35 DAY XIAOLIN SHOWDOWN CHALLENGE - Day 35

Day 35: Write a letter to your favourite character.

Dear Omi & Chase,

To Omi: Even if you're not the leader of the monks, you're still my favourite and I hope you'll be the chosen one you're destined for. And mostly, I hope you'll be able to find your real family soon :)

To Chase: As much as I like how honourable and evil you are, you owe me serious explain of your motive in turning Omi to evil and your words whether holds truth you're Omi's family or not. And, I definitely don't like you taking Omi's dots to turn the entire world upside down!

35 DAY XIAOLIN SHOWDOWN CHALLENGE - Day 34

Day 34: What do you wish happens in season four, if there is one?

I think I'm not gonna repeat again because it'll probably be already annoying to you guys ^^;

But I just really hope that my childhood questions would finally have an answer regardless, such as Omi's past.

I read the newsletter that Christy Hui written where Omi's Past and his relation with Chase would probably be revealed if the story continues. And since there's the Xiaolin Dragons now, I can't wait to know the answer if there is :)

And I know there's Xiaolin Chronicles... And seeing how bad I heard it was, especially Chase being way too OOC and Omi’s ego getting worse... I'm going to accept very few things that happened in XC such as Ping Pong, Shadow, Warden (I’ve read up and had my eyes on how Chase created this guys), Chase's older brother Eon, and that one episode Chase lays an egg (Not when he lays the egg, my heart cringe in disgust and prefer that entire thing didn't happened) where Chase reveals truth that he's part of Omi's family.

35 DAY XIAOLIN SHOWDOWN CHALLENGE - Day 33

Day 33: Write a letter to Christy Hui.

Dear Ms Christy Hui,

I loved you for giving me one of my childhood the best memories that I had when I was young. I would often hopefully every week sit before the TV to watch the Xiaolin Showdown, it was one of the series that got me very deeply interested and curios to know everything of the story, the characters behind it.

And, I'm really glad you have keep this series going. Even if it's a form of a Comic Book with a new series called "Xiaolin Dragons", I'm really glad to still see this childhood series running.

Regardless, I thank you for making this series a remarkable impact through the years I grow. And also, I would support and wished that your kick-starter project would be a successful so that you can fulfil your own dream of telling us the whole complete story of the Xiaolin Dragons :)

Thank you for the hard work you've been doing for the whole Xiaolin series!

35 DAY XIAOLIN SHOWDOWN CHALLENGE - Day 32

Day 32: How did you get into the show?

As I said in Day 3 challenge :3

I got into it when I first watched the first preview of the very first episode of Journey of a Thousand Miles, when Omi was challenging Jack to a Showdown. So it got me curious of what had happened, so when it came out.

I went to watch it, and it looks very exciting and amazing to watch. So I kept on watching and watching... Guess from there I got addicted and ended up got into the show and now just re-watching it all over again :D

35 DAY XIAOLIN SHOWDOWN CHALLENGE - Day 31

Day 31: Something you wish didn’t happen?

Overall:

The show only lasted for three seasons and hoped that it would continue :/

Season 3 only having 13 episodes

Specific:

Overall trilogy of Heylin Omi arc, I just feel it's really too short and could have grown longer.

Even Wuya's revival arc in season 1 & 2 could have grown longer...

In Omi Town, I really like the ending overall honestly and it was even my favourite moment too. But I really wished in this episode that some part of Omi's real past is hinted out and not ending up going on a pointless journey to find out they are duped by Hannibal and everyone

Day 30: Something you wished happened?

Overall

Omi's past being expanded on

Chase's relation with Omi

More on Good!Chase

More flashback with Dashi, Guan and everyone on the days where everything begin

More backstory fleshed on Wuya of her relationship with Dashi and why the Shen Gong Wu have no effect on her even when the purpose was to stop her

More Jermaine and Jermaine actually joining the Xiaolin Monks

Hannibal Roy Bean's plan being revealed or at least giving some foreshadowing of what his plan was

Some of the Sheng Gong Wu from the trading card game to be added into the series

Specific

The entire arc on Omi being turned to Heylin could give more episodes to cover on. (I just feel that it could be a big grand finale if at that point Omi's past and his relationship with Chase would be reveal, plus a big battle would happen with Guan returning to aid the monks in saving Omi and stopping Chase)

Omi Town's episode where Chase would reveal briefly or hint a reason why he had went to help Omi instead of going over and deal with Wuya and Hannibal himself

35 DAY XIAOLIN SHOWDOWN CHALLENGE - Day 29

Day 29: What do you own Xiaolin Showdown related?

Sadly nothing at all OTL

Well I think back then I was just content with watching the show as a kid, so to me the best thing I would have is just the show being broadcast on Cartoon Network so I would be able to watch it :)

And there was the DS game available in my country here, but I didn’t really buy it... Well the gameplay itself isn’t really to my liking, so yeah... :/

Perhaps in the future I would try to have a Xiaolin-related item, but I'm content for now with the headcanons being discussed around and re-watching the series
