Show's you Dood Kroon! He is a Xurtain, an original species of the webcomic, Fortuna! He also has a Skarv as a friend, the scarf is sentient and named Sereem!!

Fortuna is basically an interactive webcomic about a fictional game of the same name! With many species, planets, robots and lore!! It is very fun and if you see me manifesting in your dms to ramble is bc I want friends to talk about it-
