The summer camp mini arc not only introduces us to - the hopefully recurring - Shauna and the boys But also appears to be focusing on Serena and her lack of a goal Maybe I can finally stop being disappoint in how she's doing nothing! :D /crosses fingers for battles or contests if they're included in the anime as ORAS promotion /blatantly ignores that the anime seems to be going toward the pokévision stuff

Anyone else feel like the long wait for this Serena focus just makes it that much better? Her inactivity wasn't just an in-series problem for her character, it felt like a genuine problem for the viewer and now that she's acknowledged it it just feels so deserved.
