True to their word the fine... journalists? I uh... yeah... the people Q’talhdi put forward did indeed come out. I gave them each a set of Aetherspecs though instead of void activity what we encountered was infinitely more dangerous. A pair of amal’jaa, moving stealthily and dragging a sack of what later appeared to be a lalafell fell upon us. I’m not certain we’d have seen them without the specs but it did help us avoid ambush.
Once the battle was done we retreated back to civilization. I had no answers, but once this tiny man wakes I’m sure we’ll have more questions than we can handle.
