Guess who’s trying his hands at simple animations.
CSP’s animation tools are far less arcane when you take all of two minutes to look for the documentation.

Recent character ‘development’ for Y.Maha, so to speak...
He’s entirely mute, but has cobbled together a few soundboards kind of like this to help him. He’s got little snippets/samples of voices, mainly from vocal tracks, that he (quite deftly) uses when engaging in conversation! It can be a little confusing listening to ‘him’, especially since he ‘changes his voice’ by swapping out samples occasionally, when he hears a new track he likes.
Of course, some of the tech he’s used is gnarly ‘low tech’ stuff (like his namesake). This is an intentional choice on his part; he’s all about the gritty bitty chiptunes.
Although he does have a ‘better quality’ one that has actual snippets of conversational voices loaded up, that he pulls out occasionally to throw people off. He just much prefers the other one. It’s more him.
I really love the salmonids in Spla2n you’ve no idea.
And people seem to love my little fish.
You’ll get a little insight into how I develop characters : I make a joke about them and it sticks.
His name is Y.Maha, he’s a chiptune artist. (He’s also a huge fan of ω-3.)
You may now groan inwardly.
