Dear universe,
I thought about Viktor and Dankovsky being together in chronic pain(yeah, shmowders aren’t particularly good for your body systems) not to get a joint pain myself. Can you please stop this immersive theater and let me sleep?
Sincerely,
Julyskyest
P. S. Now this makes me think about Victor and Yulia Lyuricheva. It’d be quite interesting to see them work together. Especially if in this AU she’d create her fatalistic theories based on the concept of Laplace’s Demon, yet considering quantum physics. You get the vibe. How’s that correlate with the Arcane concept of multiverse? Would Yulia be able to access Fabric of the Universe? How would she explain it?
P.P.S. Now I want to think more about the Lab AU. What do you think about it guys? Btw not in any way do I ship Yulia and Viktor, she’s a lesbian; her girlfriend is yet to be thought about.
You know the romantic trope where it's cold outside and character A gives their coat to character B? Well that's how it's expected to be, in reality it's both of them throwing the coat to each other and screaming "NO BUT YOU'LL FREEZE WITHOUT IT" 1) Very Burakhovsky-core 2) I want such a scene in Aglayulia fic, where Aglaya claims she's used to low temperatures, but Yulia still wants to take care of her
I randomly remembered a dream au I had and all I made up after I woke up(and the first thing I did was drawing them before I forget)
It was a Pathologic archaeological au, where Yulia is, well, an archaeologist, and Eva is some kind of a ghost? A miracle? Only Yulia could see her. Eva was some kind of a girl anachronism — all of her clothes was from different centuries btw. She was talking about Utopia where she was from and Yulia almost went insane trying to dig it up or simply understand
And then it was November, the season was over, everyone went home. Except Yulia. She stayed, but in December she had to come back, she has to do work in the Capital.
And also there was Lara Ravel, who was also an archaeologist who could almost see Eva(and also was the one cooking food for the expedition)
And Aspity was a local weirdo who sweared to curse all of them for digging holes here and there
And there was Bad Grief who heard they were digging gold there, came to steal at night bud managed to steal only a shovel
im just thinking about Yulia and Aglaya starting their romance while them working for the Inquisition.
How their feelings are strange: unexplainable, unpredictable, dangerous — i guess inquisitors mustn’t show attraction to anyone to stay completely focused even on the dangerous missions, and also because one won’t be able to threat their significant other to manipulate, and millions of other reasons
But they are hopeless lesbians. Even if Yulia’s fatalistic theory predicts they won’t be together for long. Even if Aglaya tries to think rationally. No matter what, they love each other.
They don’t go on dates, they don’t kiss each other in public, they both are allergic to stupid romantic gestures as rose bouquets. For them things like smoking together after work are a thousand times more meaningful.
My previous tumblr account had a post about coffee with twyre syrup. This means that in my coffeeshop au Artemy Burakh definitely has to get this ingredient, as it is quite uncommon, not something you’d find in regular shops.
It takes some skill to learn how to make the syrup mildly sweet, not-so-sugary, but with the bitterness covered. So i just imagine Yulia trying to master it with calculated experiments, writing exact amounts of ingredients and time to boil and whatnot.
And Eva masters it surprisingly easily, she just feels it, and Yulia is watching her numerous times, while taking notes.
Maybe there is some kind of steppe magic, after all.
You know what’s the difference between Aglayulia’s work date and just a romantic one? The amount of caffeine in their coffees. It’s either an inhuman dose of espresso or something cute and sweet with lavender syrup. Btw there’s nothing in between:3
I really like the English expression “fall in love”. It literally feels like falling — fast, uncontrollable, you think you’ve reached the bottom but you continue falling like Alice in Wonderland falling down the rabbit hole
Just think this is exactly what happened to Aglaya when she met Yulia. The “uncontrollable” part is driving her crazy — she can control happiness, anger, sadness, she killed fear with a rifle when she became an inquisitor, but love? impossible. All those looks and smiles are slipping once in a while, and she literally can’t help but admit she likes it, and loves Yulia, and really is looking forward to seeing her…
