On Friday David Howler finished his piece, completing a series of new murals curated by Kat Bing along a wall in Echo Park. Artists in order of photos are: David Howler, The Obanoth, Stevie Shao, Rebekah Rose, Coco Nella, Yai and Kat Bing.

Congrats to Yechan for winning #1 Himbo in a BL!!!

It was a tough battle with many close matches throughout, but in the end Yechan from Love Tractor proved himself to have the most himbness of any character in a BL drama! While the bracket was a bit smaller this time, it was certainly quite fun to really delve into the meaning of "himbo" and figure out what that really means. There were many characters who before this bracket I would never have considered to be a himbo before, but through this process made me realize that they were more of a himbo than I originally thought! This was also our first time doing some prelims first, which I think really made the bracket more interesting!

The loser's bracket was also very interesting this time! I want to give a special shoutout to Yak from Wandee Goodday, who not only entered this bracket the same week episode 1 of his show came out, but despite losing in round 1, managed to make it all the way to round 5 of the loser's bracket! An impressive feat! However, in the end, it was Yai from The Sign who triumphed as the second biggest himbo in a BL. Also the farthest a (presumably) straight character has made it in one of our brackets!
