A man in a white hat, and a whit suit coat wandered into ceasefire. Ironic, since he looked like exactly the wrong type of person you would want to see at a ceasefire, however he fit the persona of someone wandering into a small seedy bar. He looked like somebody who had wandered out of those old mobster movies, his wide smile however, contrasted the rest of his appearance.
As he finished walking in, he sat down at the bar and took his hat off. Not a single hair was out of place as he did so, and let it rest on the bar counter. Not a single hair was out of place as he did so. Unlike usual though, Naki was thinking. It was not the first time he walked into a bar, however it was the first time he had walked into a human bar rather than a secret ghoul bar. Naki who had lived mostly in the underground world of ghouls, was not used to posing as a human.
He wanted to try his best though, for the sake of the young man he met, and also his own. If he played his cards right he could probably just spend the evening pleasantly in this joint without even having to pretend to eat any human food. Naki was confident in his luck, at least partly because right now he was dressed like a high roller. So he tapped onto the bar too summon somebody, all smooth like.
“Hello, I came here to drink things.” Or maybe not so smooth. “Oh! And also to see a friend, is there a yamaguchi that works here?” With Naki’s memory the one he could be asking that too was Yamaguchi himself, but the boy was probably in back instead. In the meantime, Naki whistled. Then like the old cliche, he reached into his back pocket for something that looked like a switch blade, but turned out to be a comb instead, and started to comb through his hair to pass the time.
