Happy birthday to those celebrating today. In #MILGRAM, it is also the birthday of Fuuta Kajyama. His birth flower is the Japanese roof iris. In kanji, it is written as '一初' (meaning "one" or "beginning"). This name comes from the fact that it is the first to bloom among its genus. Since ancient times, there has been a custom of decorating roofs with these flowers. Perhaps due to their appearance of watching over people's activities from high above, the flower language is "beware of fire."

ミルグラム。よく聞かれるけど着想のきっかけとしてはカゲプロやハニワではなく、サンホラ。(前者は世代的に微妙に通っていない) それに加えて巻き込み体験型にしてるのは、僕はゲームを作る人間だから。プラットフォームのないゲームのつもり。

Milgram. It's often mentioned, but the inspiration didn't come from Kagerou Project or Honeyworks, but from Sound Horizon. (The former doesn't quite resonate with my generation.) In addition, the reason for making it an immersive experience is that I'm a game developer. It's meant to be a game without being limited to a platform.

What is Sound Horizon?

Sound Horizon is one of my favorite bands. They also sometimes go as Linked Horizon (AoT Opening for example). They also composed the soundtrack for Bravely Default. I personally love them for their Rock Opera albums like Roman and Marchen.

"What I love about MILGRAM (& MILGRAM fans)."

The fact that it only provides the bare minimum of explanation. One of the interesting aspects of the work is how fans decipher and share the hidden structure and rules through visuals and drama.

Especially with the minimal explanation, I was even moved to see how fans have sensed (and screamed about) the essence and questions of the work from the changes in the second trial.

And the range of each fan's understanding and sensitivity adds spice to the challenging parts of the work.

This was a kind of gamble for me when designing MILGRAM, but it has come to fruition thanks to the excellent fans. Much appreciated.

In the current trend of entertainment content, where clear and easy-to-digest explanations are required, the fact that this difficult-to-understand work can be enjoyed by a wide age range is, as a creator, something I find very dreamy.

I've always thought that works should trust the audience more. (Something I thought while making Caligula. No matter how complex the intentions are, passionate audiences will reach it.)

Even if it's difficult, if you can make people feel "it's hard to understand, but I want to understand," you can elevate each other's literary sensitivity, which I think is a very wonderful thing.

It's a contemplation on the balance between complexity and accessibility in creative works, expressing gratitude for an engaged audience and the joy found in creating something that challenges conventional norms.

Happy birthday to those celebrating today. At Milgram, it is also Shidou Kirisaki's birthday. His birth flower is Ageratum, the name of which is said to originate from the Greek word for "ageless." With its delicate purple petals blooming close together, it's a modest and elegant annual plant. Its flower language represents "trust" and "comfort."

From my perspective, no one is especially messed up. Everyone is just living their lives normally and having different experiences. In the sense that we can't fully understand our neighbors, all life is equally profound.

Happy birthday to those who are celebrating today. It is also Mikoto Kayano's birthday at Milgram.

Their birth flower is Trachelospermum asiaticum. This perennial plant can be seen all over Japan and is strong against both cold and heat, adapts to various soil types, and is suitable for a wide range of environments. Its flower language is 'endurance.' It is likened to a 'hidden heart' for the flowers that bloom quietly between the sturdy leaves.

If an arm wrestling tournament were to take place between the Milgram prisoners and Es, what would the ranking be? Is it possible that some prisoners might not be familiar with arm wrestling?
