Konoha fanon team

Not the first time I make fanon teams, but this one is a particular case on itself. It felt almost predestined how well everything came together, considering I wasn't even going to put that much effort into it ^_^!

They are two years older than the main cast, meaning they were 16 when participating in the second chuunin exams. By force of anime canon, they weren't promoted that time, but they succeeded next year. At 18yo, the team was deployed to serve in the war.

Aoba Yamashiro is a canon character, so I don't think he needs an introduction (Narutopedia will do that for you).

The boy is an Inuzuka, so he gotta have a body part name. I translated a few words into Japanese, and fukubu is the one that sounded better to me (it means "abdomen", 腹部). He barely appears for a brief second right before Gaara gives his speech in the 4th war.

His design in the manga (516) looked quite more serious and focused, though. In my fanon, Fukubu will also develop a crush on his war comrade Niniwa:

The two girls are merely background characters (no name, no voice) whose designs were clear and detailed enough to stand out a bit and be recognizable. They're from the filler arc of the co-sponsored chuunin exams between Konoha and Suna.

Yasuha means "peaceful leaf" (泰葉), because she was calm and collected when everyone else around was excited and emotional (likely a fuuton nature). Momoiro (桃色) is the traditional way of saying pink, it literally means "peach colour", because her jacket is that hue.

Murasaki (紫) is the colour purple, because she's wearing it all over. Now the surname Amikiri (網切) actually does exist, but it's extremely rare and particular. It means "net cutter", referencing the nets she's wearing. It's also a yokai from Japanese folklore, crustacean-like, so she probably has a suiton nature.

Lastly, even if it isn't shown, I gave Fukubu a dog companion, of course! Because all Inuzukas have one. Only at this point I realized that every member of this team was somehow named after a colour except him (ao means "blue"), but luckily, Inuzuka dogs fill that part! So his is a female named Kiiroko (ki for "yellow").
