Abduction, would they abduct their love interest if so when, why, and how? He doesn't see the need to.
Birth, when did their obsession start? They tag along with the romantic feelings,
Crush, what would they do/feel if their love interest had a crush on someone else? He'd feel a bit insecure and definitely resent the person. Mostly it would act as motivation to try to make you interested in him with his various attempts to impress you.
Definitely, what is something they almost certainly would do? As stated earlier he would do many actions in a desperate attempt to impress you. (I'm super tired and can't think of anything else)
Envy, do they get envious of relationships their love interests have with others? I feel like Steve is a very jealous yandere. He wants you to like him so badly that when you show interest in other people even if it isn't romantic he gets upset.
Force, would they force their love interest to do anything if so what? Steve is subtle, if he wants you to do something he convinces you, not out right force you. From guilt tripping to straight up begging. It's better for inveigle you rather than outright force you, that way it's harder for you to use it against him if you want to get away.
Guilt, do they regret any of their actions? If so, what actions? He thinks everything he does is for your own good, so in the long run he experiences no rue. However when he does stuff like guilt trip you into not doing stuff like hanging out with friends he can tell it upsets you and tries to make it up to you.
Hidden, do they hide their feelings if so from who? Before you start dating and are just friends he is constantly attempting to impress you as stated earlier. I don't think he'd confess to having romantic feelings unless he's 100% sure that you reciprocate romantic feelings for him. Whenever he describes his feelings to you he makes it sound so lovey dovey that you don't notice that it's unhealthily obsessive. Also I think he would talk about you to Dustin, and Dustin would probably tease him about being obsessive but not look into it to much.
Isolate, do they manipulate their love interest? Yes.
Justice, how would they react if their love interest was being bullied and/or abused? He can't really do anything do the person(s) but in all honesty he'd probably be really nice to you about it. Comforting you and assuring you that none of it is your fault. <3
Kill, would they ever kill someone if so who and why? This isn't even a question of could he get himself to do it. He physically can't the man has never won a fight except that one Russian guy in S3
Lucidity, do they know their feelings/behaviors are unhealthy if so does that stop them? He definitely notices that these feelings are a lot more severe than any of his past crushes but he doesn't care in all honesty.
Motivation, what is their motivation for their actions? He does everything in a dire attempt to protect you from all the shit in the world. From assholes in high-school to interdenominational monsters.
Never, what is a hard core limit? Hurting you.
Often, what are some things they often do with/to their love interest? Since he works st the video store he rents movies at discount which means tons of movie night for you too. It's just like heaven to him, popcorn, weird movie that he let you choose, and most importantly you. <3
Propitorial, do they get proprietorial/possessive of their love interest often? Steve is VERY possessive, he's so scared of abandonment that he see's nearly anyone as a threat to him.
Qualm, how would they feel if their love interest was scared of them? He'd be absolutely heartbroken that you don't trust him. He's supposed to protect you from the big scary monsters not be the big scary monster.
Reason, what are the reasons behind their obsessive behavior/feelings? His last relationship ended with his girlfriend saying they're relationship is "bullshit" and getting with the guy that he thought she was cheating on him with. I think it kind of speaks for itself.
Share, this is for various x reader fanfiction but would they “share” their love interest? Maybe.
Trust, do they build a relationship with their love interest? Yes.
Unmistakable do others take notice of their obsessive behavior? Dustin would think he's a bit clingy but doesn't think anything bad is happening.

Waspish, do they often show hostility towards their love interest and/or others? You? No. Others? It's more of him showing his distaste for them than anything else. Post-redemption arc he's pretty non-confrontational.
X, What is a random headcanon you have for this character as a yandere that wouldn’t be on this list? So overprotective and clingy. It's to the point where he's with you almost everywhere you go.
You, what does this character go after in a S/O? He want you to think he's "cool". The fact that your giving him the light of day and simply going out of your way to talk him is more than enough. He's an attention whore is what I'm trying to say.
