jai wouldn't be able to tell anyone why he was nervous about this gathering, but he was. maybe it was because he was worried he would screw up and his parents would see through him immediately, but he was still thinking positive thoughts... for the most part. he was standing at the corner of the family gathering, attempting to get shitfaced as if things would go smoother if he did that. once yanin made her arrival, he made a beeline towards her.
