Reading a oneshot about Ogata so good personally I don’t really like reading fanfic about characters that’s loved by everyone and has plenty of work made for that character
But oh my god THIS ONE I saw the description and it was interesting enough so I decided to read into it. Big MISTAKEEEEE!!!!😭😭😭
It was SO BEAUTIFUL AND THE PACING ITSELF IS PERFECT ITS ENOUGHH DOUMA like the way they write his perspective was so good and I really like it a lot since I only see things from a third perspective but oh my god they nailed it so good I don’t know but for me it was so perfect the way they write him

the way it took Ogata so long until they grew old and wrinkled that he realized she didn’t leave him like his inner demon told him and the way she’s always holding him so tightly like I imagine she’s patting his head kissing him softly and the way he still denies that despite her doing all of that doesn’t mean she truly loves him at all yet he still lean and yearn for her touch
And there’s some sexual part but tbh it was cute to me
