The acidity comes from the Porters Perfection, the body and the big, bold tannins are thanks to the Yarly Mill and a light freshness and fragrance is contributed by the Sweet Coppin. IMHO this combo brings a mostly summer fruity note... I can’t decide if I get pineapple or orange, either way I’d rather it was more apple if you catch my drift? After another mouthful I decide it’s an orange peel taste, but they could just be the colour of this cider playing with my mind! It’s a good off dry cider though and it’s another one that wine drinkers will love like it’s one of their own!
