If you did find Agathocles too simplistic, you’ll have a ball listening to this. This is a split of a Polish and a French band, Deterrence lining up members of Suffering Mind and to be honest it sounds exactly like them. Not that it’s anything bad, as i consider SM to be one of the best grind bands of this decade. It’s 9 or 10 tracks i think played in less than 5 minutes, it’s hectic as fuck. Yattai on the other hand does not complicate things, rather they focus on being as fast as they can and so they bring Hellnation to mind at times (especially on tracks like Just Words) Their side isn’t the longest either so i don’t even feel comfortable singling out certain tracks.
