okay friends. I need some nerd magic right now. in my classes at school I get hella bored and often end up playing yahtzee with my friends. i’ve found a d4 variant called “pyramid yahtzee” but i’d love to be able to play with d8s, d10s or d12s. i’ve found a d20 variant as well, however it feels a bit intense to get out 5 twenty sided dice in the middle of a physics lesson. does anyone a. know whether a variant exists that can be played with any of these polyhedral dice or b. how the rules can be adjusted to fit the different probabilities of differently sided dice.
