A lot of you weren't around at the start of YaYa's Hugs so you may not know the story. I'm a YaYa (Greek for Grandmother though I'm Italian not Greek) and these angels live 1500 miles away from me. I don't get to partake in their daily lives or spend time with them physically due to the distance so I starting making a blanket during my live streams with the intent to make two and send them across the country to them so they could have some part of me with them. My subscribers named the blanket YaYa's Hugs because the blanket would do my hugging for me. Brantly and Raiden are three years old and give their mom and dad a run for their money most days (as do all children) but they are both kind and sweet souls. So there you have it. How YaYa's Hugs came to be! Only a week and a wake up left before the CAL starts now! xoxox -Stephanie . . . . . . . . . . #yayashugs #itscrochetoclock #yayascal2019 #crochetpatterns #crochetalong #crochetalong2019 #crochet #goodloopsyarn #nurturingfibres https://www.instagram.com/p/B0luaHHBVXT/?igshid=128tl9lckhfbu
